I collect only what's needed to run this business and serve you well. I don't sell your information. I don't share it with third parties except the booking platform I use (Vagaro), and only to the extent necessary to schedule and manage your appointments.

When you interact with this website or book a session, I may collect:

  • Health information — relevant intake information you share before or during a session, used only to provide appropriate care.
  • Booking data — appointment history and session preferences, managed through Vagaro.
  • Website usage data — basic analytics like page views, if analytics tools are enabled. This data is not personally identifiable.

How I Use Your Information

  • To schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments
  • To respond to questions and messages you send me
  • To provide appropriate massage therapy based on your health history
  • To send appointment reminders and follow-up communications related to your sessions

I do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent, and I do not send newsletters or promotional emails unless you've signed up for them.

Booking Data and Vagaro

Online booking is handled through Vagaro, a third-party scheduling platform. When you book a session, your name, contact information, and appointment details are stored in Vagaro's system. Vagaro has its own privacy policy and data security practices, which you can review at vagaro.com/pro/privacy-policy.

I chose Vagaro in part because it takes data security and HIPAA-adjacent practices seriously for a wellness platform. Your booking data is not visible to the public and is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Health Information

Any health information you share with me — whether in the contact form, during an intake conversation, or during a session — is kept strictly confidential. It is used only to inform your care and is never shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Cookies and Tracking

This website is a static HTML site. It does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. If analytics are ever added, this policy will be updated to reflect that. The Vagaro booking widget embedded on the booking page may set cookies according to Vagaro's own policy.

Data Retention

I retain your information for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide services and comply with applicable law. If you'd like your contact information removed from my records, email me at backtozenwithjen@gmail.com and I'll take care of it promptly.

Your Rights

You have the right to:
